At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna (pay on invoice), Sofort bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every payment runs over an SSL-encrypted connection.
You have 14 days of statutory right of withdrawal plus a further 30 days of voluntary returns. In both cases the return costs you nothing — we send you a prepaid label.
A dock empties the robot's dustbin for you, washes the mop pads and dries them. In practice that means you deal with a dust bag every few weeks instead of emptying a bin after every clean. For homes with pets or allergies it is almost always worth it.
For hard floors and short-pile carpet, 8,000–12,000 Pa is plenty. From around 20,000 Pa, high-pile carpet comes up reliably too. Our strongest model reaches 42,000 Pa.
